Library membership is free for Texas residents with valid I .D. & proof of current address. Parent or guardian must sign for individuals younger then 18 years.

Allen card may be used at all Plano libraries.

Interlibrary loan	no fee unless required by lending library

New books may be renewed twice if not on a hold list. All other item may be renewed once. New due date is based on the date you renew the item. Interlibrary loans may not be renewed.
Renewals can be made online, by calling Telecirc at (972) 867-3326, or by calling the library at (214)509-4900 during operating hours.

Internet Access

Allen Public Library provides Internet access to the public through several workstations. Anyone 18 years and older may use this resource. Minor children must have authorization on their library card application from a parent or guardian in order to use the workstations.
